Through Tatum's Eyes

Our Fast Weekend...
Friday, it was raining when I got Tatum ready for school, so I put her rain boots on her. They were a little big, so I changed them, but she loved them anyway. (Amigo Bear made the pic too)
This next picture is Tatum cheesin' for the camera before we left for school.(I am not really sure what is on the tv in the background, so please ignore)
Saturday, we had a BUSY day. Antonio, Tatum, and I met my mom, grandmother, sister, and 2 nieces for fast shopping and then lunch at 11. We finished eating and ran home to let Tatum nap for about 30 minutes and then headed to Longhorn for Antonio's mom's birthday lunch. Here is a picture of the WHOLE family.(Antonio's mom, dad, sister, sister's hubby, niece, and nephew).
After we left there, we got gas and headed to church. After church we went to dinner with a few couples from our church. We FINALLY got home around 9 or 9:30. Sunday we got to sleep in and be lazy since we went to church Saturday night. Not sure if this last picture will make sense to most of you guys, but isn't it the cutest thing?!? Does it look familiar to anyone??? lol WE LOVE YOU GUYS!

Sunday I also started working on Tatum's 2nd birthday party plans. I have most of it figured out. I ordered a few things online Sunday. I can't believe she will be TWO soon!!! eeeekkkk!
That's it for now. Be sure to check out the other new blog below about Baby Boy Simpson below.
Week 22...

Watch what you say -- baby is now able to hear outside noise from down in the womb. Studies show that baby finds gentle music and your own voice most soothing. Nipples are starting to sprout, and that little face is fully formed. And, baby's starting to settle into sleep cycles, snoozing about 12 to 14 hours a day. It shouldn't be hard to figure out when -- just pay attention to those kicks as they start and stop.
Now here are some belly pictures.
I didn't think the first one showed off my belly well enough, so in this next picture I was holding my shirt as tight as I could.
And then the bare belly pic of course...
And finally, a picture from the front...
Everyone keeps telling me that I don't look 22 weeks pregnant, but I can sure tell that my body has grown alot. Like when I went to (cough, cough) Gymboree today to look for something for Tatum, the cashier said there was no way that I knew for sure I was having a boy since I wasnt far enough along yet. She thought I was 12 weeks and was shocked to hear I am 22 weeks. Trust me, these pictures above don't do justice, I am much bigger than I was, I promise. AND I didn't start out tiny. When I weighed this morning on my scales, I have gained between 6-7 pounds. I am definitely happy with that. Hopefully this time I will stick to the 25-35 pound weight limit this time instead of 41 pounds that I gained with Tatum. We shall see I guess.
Baby Boy Simpson still doesn't have a name. We are 99% sure on the first name, but 0% sure on the middle name. He is definitely a kicker! I feel him at night when I lay in bed and also first thing in the mornings. Antonio got to feel him this past Sunday night. I think he enjoyed finally being able to feel his kicks.
Today is Tuesday, so that means it is TP Tuesday. I know i didn't do TP Tuesday last week, sorry, but this week I am just a little shy of being 9 full squares around. I know I am going to hit a growth spirt soon.
Thanks for everyone giving their opinions on Baby Boy Simpson's bedding. I, personally was really leaning towards getting #6. Originally I liked #5, but then started second guessing my decision. Anyway, I showed Antonio all of the options and he liked #6 too, so I thought I might just get #6 and be done since we both liked it. Well, I got to see #6 in person at Babies R Us yesterday and I didn't like it nearly as much in person. So, Antonio and I are kind of back at square one. He doesn't really like #5, and we both feel like #11 may be a little too plain for our taste. I got to see some of the other options in person at Babies R Us and didn't like them either. I just don't want the bedding to look cheesy.
Speaking of Babies R Us, I went to register for a few things yesterday and found a few things that we need. Nothing big, just a few things (changing pad covers, recieving blankets, etc) that we have in pink but need blue for the boy. I am glad that we don't need any big things this time.
I guess that is it for now reguarding Baby Boy Simpson.
