I am so excited Kris Allen won American Idol. I picked him as one of my favorites from the beginning. I think he won over America after he sang this song just a few weeks ago.

That being said, I wonder if this was his inspiration for his version??
Like I said, I LOVED Kris Allen and I am sure glad he won, but as soon as he started singing "Heartless" I immediately thought of Mia singing it on "Taking the Stage".....anyone else??

yep, sounds a lot like it. I've just never seen that show. But I was pulling for Kris Allen to win too!
